Does anyone know how deep the "deep" part of the lazy river is? Thanks. And you cannot bring your own inflatables into the lazy river-correct? You have to rent theirs for $10 a piece?

It's 8 feet deep :scared1: Not for little ones, for sure. And it's a small circle, doesn't go around the outside of the entire area, just a circle in the middle.

Not sure about the tubes but I believe you are correct. We didn't get tubes because my DD was too young to even consider doing the lazy river.

It is small ,circular and 8 ft deep throughout with a current. You have to rent the tubes .You can not use your own tubes, but you can buy pool noodles and use them.Seriously I love BC and LOVE SAB but the "lazy river" was disappointing

You can get life vests for free. Also watch little ones by the whirl pool part.

I think you can bring your own tube but it needs to be clear. I found that people rent the tubes for $10 and then let them lay around when they are done. So if you are watching, you can probably grab an unused one (just make sure it is not someone's who wants to use it)

As someone posted above, if you have a clear tube they will allow that. Or at least that is what we were told last year. However, we could not find a clear tube anywhere! We bought the noodles which worked well for us. Have fun! it's a great pool and resort!!!

It's actually 8' deep for only half of the "Circle" ... the half that is closest to the main walkway by the lake. Its about 5' deep and sandy bottom the other half closest to YC/BC

They will only allow you to use their tubes you cannot bring your own.

At the end of the day there is often tubes floating around.

Not any more. You have to rent theirs.

The 8 foot deep area also has a very swift current.

You can bring your own Pool noodles. Many locations such as Target or Walmart have Pool noodles available for adoption or you can bring your own family of Pool noodles from home if you are driving. Flying with Pool noodles may prove difficult as they tend to prefer 1st class seating because of their long leg.

Good luck and I hope you find a nice Pool Noodle family to accompany you at Storm Along Bay.
