We are a party of 5: 2 adults and 3 children aged 17(F), 12.5(F), and 9 years old (M).
Sleeping arrangements will be male adult sleeping with male 9 y/o; female adult sleeping with 12.5 y/o female and 17 y/o sleeping on the couch or pull out twin bed. Would have upgraded to a 2 b/r or connecting rooms if another person was coming but she isn't thus we'll be fine crammed into one room and it'll make us all neater and remind us of our camping "daze", LOL.
What I've figured out so far.
Both resorts are w/i walking distance of Epcot and close to HS- no idea which resort is closest.
Both resorts share that fabulous looking pool which should get a nice amt of usage during a July trip.
Both resorts give my pocketbook a rest when put up against the monorail hotels.
If we stay at the resort that houses Cape May we don't want a room directly over the restaurant.
Here's where I'm at a quandary:
I think I read that one resort offers a hot breakfast on brunch day @ club level but not sure which one it is or if it's truly worthwhile. Would love to read in depth experiences.
Anyone stayed at both resorts at CL and can say yea or nay to either experience?
Looks like rooms at both hotels have the same sq footage so that's a wash but being able to see IllumiNations on a terrace/balcony would be a definite plus. What category of room would give us a better chance ofseeing the fireworks?
Thanks in advance for your time!
