Beach Club availability

I did a search and could not find anything, but I was wondering how hard is it to get a 1 bedroom at Beach Club during thanksgiving? My home is Bay Lake.

For all non-home resorts, you take your chances at 7 months. You may have some success booking holiday periods IF you book right when the 7 month window opens. But DVC has always been the earlier you book, the better your chances are of getting what you want.

Wanting a 1BR will mean you probably have the best chance but over Thanksgiving it still will be one of the least likely times to change a room to BCV. Not impossible but you wouldn't want to miss trying right at 7 months.

Since you own at Bay Lake you will not be able to search for Beach Club availability until 7 months prior.

You are even too early if you owned there, which would be 11 months prior.

I know that, I was actually looking for others' experiences here about reserving at 7 months out at Beach Club for the time I'm looking at. Just another reason to not post when you're tired...

I just booked BCV for late May less than 6 months out. OKW is my home resort. Perhaps May is not as busy of time as Thanksgiving though. Good luck!

This year at 7 months out BCV was mainly gone including 1BRs for Wednesday to Sat of the week. You could get a 1 BR most of the week before Thanksgiving and even as late as Tuesday night of Thanksgiving week. BWV 1BR pool/garden view was open for that Wed to Sat of Thanksgiving week.
