Beach Club and Vero Beach

We are going to the Beach Club in September and wondered how it would work to spend a couple of days at Vero beach. Is it a long drive to Vero beach and is it worth it?

Its an easy drive at about 1 1/2 to 2 hours and YES it it worth it. We love it!

That's what we are doing in June. We are spending 3 nights in Vero and then driving back to AKV and spending four nights there. Our 2DS have no idea about this trip and will be thrilled. Looking forward to seeing Vero for the first time. Have read many wonderful things on the disboards about the spot.

We did this exact thing last September and it was so worth it that we are doing it again this year! Maybe we'll see you there.

Thanks for all the info. We booked everything yesterday and decided to do a little moving around. We are spending the first two days at AK, then three days at BCV then off to VB for two days. Now we just need to decide on the dining plan. We have never done this but it looks tempting, any thoughts?

We are doing just that in July. AKV 4 nights, SSR 4 nights, VB 4 nights. We did Vb in Oct for 2 nights and loved it. Cant wait to go and enjoy the pool and beach afterr WDW.
