I feel sorry for Disney tomorrow, it's going to be a mess because I heard that non-owners can book the Poly DVC properties tomorrow along with the BOG lunch ressies. But it's their own fault - they should have staggered it better so their servers don't die tomorrow.

Ugh, I bet that the servers will collapse and die at about 7 AM eastern time. Hopefully, we can all get our adr's before then.

That's for fastpasses. Not restaurants. All restaurant availability opens at the same time each day (6 Am online, 7 AM phone, Eastern time). that is assuming it actually works and availablity is released at that time.

This explains why my TA said "they open up at 7:00AM" when I asked her to confirm that I should try at 6:00AM. She was talking about calling in not trying online.

My 180+ day was Monday morning and I couldn't book any of my reservations. Just kept getting ..can't search for reservations at this time. It showed me times but would not let me pick them. It was very frustrating. I had to call at 7. I haven't been able to get the website to work at all yesterday or today, as far as dining reservations. I dread tomorrow trying to make a lunch reservation.

I just used the MDE app from my phone to make a lunch reservation! It let me in right at midnight CST. My friend got hers too. Not sure if it's still open or what, but you might wanna check it out.

Exactly my experience. Tried on phone, ipad and computer! Fewer available each time. Should have slept in!

Same here. How can a company like that have such a junky website system?

Waited on hold with phone dining reservations for about 40 minutes, when a human answered he said that they cannot make, view or change any reservations at this time due to "Magical Enhancements" Try again within two hours. Just in case any of you are on hold and want to go to work...I would say hang up and go ahead! Good luck to all maybe there is still hope. FYI between computers, telephone and app, the app seems to be working the fastest.

FWIW, I think it would be hard to create a system that could handle so many requests at once. While this stinks, it's not surprising.

I got up at 4:45am central and it let me see the reservations and I went through the process and it even sent me a confirmation email but it would not show up on MDE so I kept doing it. I have three email confirmations but nothing in MDE. Then at 5:00am central, I did it again and it would never go through, just kept spinning the little wheel and then it gave an error. I went back to bed and was going to call Disney but I could not get through at 6. I now look at my MDE and I have one reservation and it is the one that I tried to make at 5:00am that never went through. I assume that one is valid. I am trying to call Disney to find out about these other reservations. If they are valid, I will be releasing them soon as long as the one I have on my MDE is valid. I will keep everyone posting and list a time that I release them.
