We are going to WDW in Sept 2011, wondering if anyone has heard any news about the new restaurant, "Be Our Guest"? It sounds so cute, I can't wait to see it. I hope it opens soon!!

Considering it is part of the Fantasyland expansion it will be a while before it is open. It is going to be located in the Beast's castle so I think the chances of it having characters is pretty good although I have seen nothing official.

I believe it will contain living characters or AA's of LumiereCogsworth, MS. Potts act. They will come to each table I think.

"Be our Guest" probably won't be open until late 2012...there will be some sort of interactive element to it...I'm thinking it might be more like the new Artist's Palate on the new cruise ship...where the characters interact with the patrons through portraits on the wall. That's just a guess, though - I have no inside information. I can't imagine it will be Lumiere / Cogswell / Mrs. Potts costumes unless they are more like the Broadway show than the DHS BatB show.

Exactly and yes I'm not 100% sure but I believe they will talk.

No clue but it is supposed to be France so I'm guessing French

Someone connected to the kitchen told me to try the grey stuff....it's delicious!

We're awaiting this new experience too. I hope it's like Remy but wasn't it suggested from the original FLE info that it would be like a dinner show?
