Be our Guest Reservation invite now an error message

Yesterday I logged on to make my reservation since it was the 27 day window. The party screen reflected friends of mine (instead of me) who had linked with me over the weekend on MDE. I contacted IT and no problem we can fix it. Well they fixed everything but allowing me back into the invite. I now receive an error message to check in at Magic Kingdom or the restaurant when I arrive. IT Dept is telling me they can't do anything about it.

Any options that I can try to contact a department and retrieve my invite to book a FP?

You don't need to retrieve the invitation. Just go to the website http://beourguestlunch.disney.go.com/ and enter your information and go from there. The weird message about checking with guest services is just a system glitch that comes and goes. It doesn't really mean anything. Just try again until it goes away.

I did have to retrieve because it was the only way I could get into any screen besides the error message. However, after trying each person in my party on that screen I was able to get in on my daughters name. The goofiest part yet(no pun intended) was the party members are me and my children and my mom. The party is supposed to be my husband. Go figure how that happened But it's all good and no need to change it because it will be my mom with me for the lunch! Thanks for your help
