Be Our Guest PPO Question

Hello - We have a party of 6 and I ended up being able to book (3) ADRs:

8:00 for 2
8:05 for 2
8:45 for 2

I am going to keep trying to modify our 8:45 ADR but what are the chances that they will let us all dine at the same time, 4 adults and 2 children

IF it's a 9 am opening day I believe you will be ok because if I recall anyone with a PPO can check in anytime, unless something has changed. If MK opens at 8 or the opening is changed to 8, then that might cause a problem with the 8:45 one.

You'd need to schedule a reservation at the restaurant for all 6 of you at the time you'll be dining. If you can't make a party of 6 then the table won't be available, leaving you unable to dine.

But do not fret! You could always try playing the refresh game, which is effective enough that it got us an emergency reservation 80 days in advance (which is good for Oga's, since if you check MDE all the reservations are gone.)

I thought breakfast and lunch at BOG is open seating. Shouldn't people with separate reservations be able to sit together if you can find the table.
For the 8:45 reservation, I hear people can come in early if they just don't make a big deal of it.

BOG Breakfast is open seating(like lunch). You pick your table. You should all be able to get in since it is PPO, but be mindful if MK changes it's opening time from 9 to 8 it might not work.
Personally - I'd keep checking for a 2 closer to the 8:00-8:10 time frame.

BOG breakfast is open seating. You can choose where you want to sit.

OP, I *might* keep trying to modify that 8:45 ADR to a slightly earlier time, however they do let everyone in MK who has a PPO at the same time. We did this in May and I posted my experience HERE.
But as the PP said...keep an eye on any changes in MK opening time.
