I read a forum on here already saying that you could make a fastpass lunch reservations if you had a check in number at a hotel. So I'm assuming you can't make lunch reservations if you aren't staying on disney property?

I know you can walk up and wait in line for lunch, but what are the chances of getting in? We are taking our trip in late Feb, and I really wanted to go to Be Our Guest. We were going to try to get there early, like around 11:30-12:00. Is it worth it or is it a lost cause?

And my other question would be is that do they let you look around in the restaurant? I would love to see the inside.

try walk up at 10:30, 11:30 might be too late to get in

Correct. FP+ for lunch is only available if you are staying onsite.

11:30-12:00 is during the busiest lunch time so consider going at opening (10:30).

At both lunch and dinner you can walk around to see all the rooms. At lunch you choose the room and table you want so be sure to visit all the rooms.

They will let you just walk in and see the restaurant? I thought you had to eat there to look around.

Also if you are staying onsite - how far in advance do they send you the email for the fastpass?

From the times I've been there you're only allowed inside if you're eating there. They don't allow you to just go in and look around.

Some have posted that CMs let them go inside to peek into the ballroom, but could not enter it before BOG opened for the day. I don't know if this is a regular occurrence, whether it is still possible or if it depends on the CMs for that day so I would not count on it.

If you want to explore the restaurant more thoroughly - see all the rooms and watch the special effects in the West Wing you will have to dine in BOG.
