Does a fast pass + for BOG take up one of 3 fast passes you can get? I thought I read somewhere that it doesn't count for any of the 3 passes a guest is allowed . Can anyone clarify this ? Thank you !!

I haven't gone yet myself, but I've seen this question posted several times. And nobody has reported it going against their 3 pass limit. It's more a reservation than a FP.

I've used the FP+ ressie twice at BOG for lunch and it does not count as part of your three FP+ for the park. Highly recommend it as lines tend to get very long!

Thanks for the info... I ordered two extra cupcakes for my older kids who get kids meals... Does anyone know if there is a lot of seating available for large parties? It's my biggest concern with the counter service meals, finding seating for the 9 of us to eat together....

There is tons of seating. I don't think you will have a problem. In December we were able to easily seat our party of 7 during Christmas week.

That's awesome! I think I'll try to get a lunch FastPass for my next trip. I haven't really read all the BOG threads so I'm not understanding why reservations aren't available for lunch. Wouldn't a FastPass be similar to a reservation?

Be Our Guest is different because it's a quick service restaurant for lunch and a table service restaurant for dinner, so when it's in quick service mode there's no reservations. When in table service mode, there are.

So the FP+ system being used ("tried" "tested") for BOG lunch is super cool because it allows a "reservation" for a quick service spot that also generates a long line.

BoG lunch is a CS meal, so no reservations. However, it is vey popular at lunch. One reason being that it's hard to get dinner reservations. So some people are waiting 1-2 hours for lunch. With the FP lunch reservations, people are able to receive meals within 10-15minutes without waiting in lines for over an hour. So BoG FP is very important!!!

I went online where I ordered our bands and there is a order number already assigned to it. That is the number that let me into the website.

If you order your meal online when you get your FP can you change your order when you get there if someone changes their mind? Waiting on May too! I was hoping for dinner at BOG but having no luck at all finding any ADRs! I'll take lunch if that's all we can get.

Yay! It worked! Recognized us and our party.

But no FP available for the day I want so I'll join the May waiting club.

Oh...and can anyone explain the difference between "order ahead" and "expedited entry"?

If we don't mind having a leisurely lunch, then I assume we want "expedited entry"...correct?

I don't need my food waiting for me when I show up in other words.
