Be Our Guest Lunch Fastpass

Oh...and can anyone explain the difference between "order ahead" and "expedited entry"?

If we don't mind having a leisurely lunch, then I assume we want "expedited entry"...correct?

I don't need my food waiting for me when I show up in other words.

Expedited entry means you'll order your food when you arrive.

I have to say, we did the "order ahead" and that made the entire experience really super cool. We enjoyed picking out our meals from home.

At BOG, all we had to do was select a table. Our food was magically brought to us. I didn't feel rushed at all -- it felt relaxing to take in the environment.

Also, even if you choose "expedited entry" first you can add your order to it later. That's what I did - got the FP, then a week or so later we spent time as a family picking out our meals and desserts.

If you order your meal online when you get your FP can you change your order when you get there if someone changes their mind? Waiting on May too! I was hoping for dinner at BOG but having no luck at all finding any ADRs! I'll take lunch if that's all we can get.

Yes you can change your mind when you get there.

I successfully used the link for a fast pass last October and I tried to do it again for April 2 and the only dates available for the next seven days. Is this normal? I thought times opened a month in advance.

I keep checking everyday hoping to book my mid May lunch FP. Was deadset on doing dinner, but like the idea of doing lunch the day we arrive at the park.

I currently have a dinner ressie, but it is late for us (8:20). Hoping I"ll be able to get a lunch for mid May!

Unfortunately, I can reproduce this too. I had a BOG FP+ in February. Now, even though I don't have an active reservation, I can log into BOG FP+ and select a FP+...for the next seven days.

I don't see a way to disassociate my login with my old reservation. I can just login and go to the reservations. You'd need a way to say hey, my next trip is at this time, so show me those dates. That's how it worked the first time I used it -- it only showed me the days for my upcoming trip.

Perhaps if you use a different/new Disney login, you'll then be able enter your current, active resort reservation number. That would be the needed piece of information.

That's us! I started out planning a dinner but decided I wanted a lunch.

Hoping for the 15th --- that's our last park day before we leave Disney. :(

I used it for our Sept trip last year. When I log in now it automatically shows my May trip dates and traveling party.

We are arriving April 30th for one week. Coming in from Canada. Apparently we can't get our Magic Bands until check in. Will we have any chance of securing a lunch FP at that point? Thanks for any help! :)

according to your ticker you are staying offsite? The special BOG FP+ link is for Disney resort guests only; you need a resort reservation number to log in

you should be able to use the number on your yellow DME luggage tags or your all numeric resort reservation number?

Haven't received DME tags yet. Have reservation number only.

Is this done through my Disney experience page somewhere?

Ok, we are one week from leaving for our trip, so I decided to double check our BOG FP reservation. It's no longer there! It gave me the option of choosing another time, but when I finished my all my food selections and clicked DONE it returned me to the first screen after login for selecting a day. This is not making me happy!

You don't need your magic bands in hand to make FP selections. You log into your My Disney Experience account & select Fast Pass.. it will then ask you to select or modify FPs

The lunch FP+ that is referenced here is a separate "test" -- beourguestlunch.com
You log in with your Disney ID.. then use your 12 digit all numeric reservation found on your customize magic bands page or on the yellow baggage tags for DME. This FP doesn't count as one of your 3 daily FP selections

I got mine on MDE, where you customized your Magic Bands. It lists a confirmation number on that page. I didn't get my bands or tags yet but with this number you can do BOG FP+.

Anyone able to get a BOG fastpass for lunch first week of May? Was thinking that it would be available today but so far no luck for me??!!

Nope, as of a few min ago it's not open. I'm wondering if it won't be available until mid-April like the previous months have opened up. (With the exception of how they opened March and April together, of course.)
