Be Our Guest Lunch Fastpass

OK, I read that people have been able to get lunch fastpasses for BOG. I have tried our reservation confirmation number and the individual magicband numbers but my name pops up when I register and I plug in the number, the submit button is greyed out. Do I have to check in online first? I am going Christmas week, is it possible that week is not available? Please help. Was unable to get dinner reservations since our trip was planned kind of last minute and no times were available. Thanks everyone.

Just got BOG lunch FP+ for 12/24 from 11 to 11:30. Pre-ordered our meals but did not get a confirmation #. Printed a screenshot just in case as the res. is not showing in MDE either.

I used the link in the first post, entered my email address and password and went thru the process in each screen. My travel dates automatically loaded as available days and all 5 of us were also automatically loaded. I was able to go back and modify the time and then go back again and Pre-selected our meals.

It's no big deal, but has anyone else found that you're limited to 7 days to choose from? We will be at WDW from 12/12 to 12/21 (split stay 12/12 to 12/14 at one resort and 12/14 to 12/21 at another). It's only giving me the option of BOG FP from 12/12 to 12/18.

Can someone please shed some light on what I might be doing wrong? I have tried the number attached to the magic bands and reservation number and I keep getting different error messages. When I use the magic band number (I have 4 and tried them all), I keep getting "Please ensure that the Reservation ID and names entered below match exactly with your Reservation details" When I use the room only number I get "Guest already registered".

Help!!

Click on my disney experience, sign in if you are not yet signed in
When it opens a drop down menu, click on magic bands and cards
It should say "your orders"
Under resort reservation it should list your resort and a confirmation number without letters.
That is the number you should use.

yes, that's just one of the restrictions of the test. It's limited to only the first 7 days of your trip. Do you have a second reservation number for later part of your split stay? If so, you could try entering that reservation number instead and see if it will let you book for those 7 days.

You guys ROCK. Thanks so much for these updates. I just reserved a 12:55 pm slot for 12/26. I was only given two options; the other was 11'something.

Is anyone trying the order ahead option? I'm tempted to do that to save waiting time; but today is too far out. I wonder how close to the date can we elect the order ahead option. I can see doing it a day or two in advance. If I were to ask my FIL for his order now, he'd think I'm crazy!

Thanks for these instructions. I have not reserved ME yet and I had no idea what my MB # was. It turns out that the reservation # next to the magic bands entry (per your instruction) is the 2nd of my split stay resort reservation number.

Please help! I keep getting a message that reads "Please ensure that the Reservation ID and names entered below match exactly with your Reservation details." I have tried all of of our ID's and names (4 of us) and I can't figure out what's wrong. Has anyone dealt with this or have any suggestions? Thanks!

I keep receiving the same message (about matching the Res ID and name), and just posted a question on the DisBoard about it. I'll keep you posted if I see any feedback, especially if it works

I created a new account using a different email address. I also have a package reservation and a room only reservation. I was able to get the room only reservation # to work on the new accunt that I created. I did get my reservation for December 6th. Good luck to you and everyone else still trying to get into this system.

I am doing a split stay and wasn't thinking when I entered my reservation number... I entered the reservation number for part of my stay that I will NOT be going to MK. Now, how do I enter my other reservation number or change it so that the dates appear for when I will be going to MK. Please help!

I'm wondering the same thing. I'm thinking about creating a new account for that purpose.
