Be Our Guest Lunch FastPass Thread [PLEASE read the FAQs in the first post!]

Okay, got our "official" e-mail, and though I do recall reserving this months before for our upcoming 10/17-10-23 trip, you are supposed to be able to go back in and change times and options.

However, no matter how I try, I only get the message "Guest Is Already Registered".

Is there a workaround to this? I don't recall what day or time I booked, not knowing at that time Disney would be foolish enough not to send out a confirmation e-mail or have it attach to your MDE account.

There is probably a post on this somewhere, but I have not found it. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
Mike

**** UPDATE Found a way in. Just used my fiance's name with the reservation number rather than my own and was able to make a new reservation. Also, don't know if it would work, but the page to modify information is at https://beourguestlunch.disney.go.com/ManageAccount.aspx

Just made a FP for BOG for Oct 22 for 2. Went on SECONDS later to make one for the same time for the rest of my family (different reservation) and got "there are no fast passes available. Growing frustrated with this process!!!

Thank you everyone for such an informative thread! We have a split stay and I initially made the mistake of entering the only long res # I had, which was for the 2nd half of our trip! Using info from this thread I was able to create an account for dh and use the MM# which got us access to our first dates! I was able to book pretty decent times and get all planned! SO excited!

Thank you everyone!pixiedust:

I am confused about when to try to book a BOG if available. We are looking to hopefully get one on 10/26 and I have on my calendar that 9/29 is 27 days out per a previous post on this board.

My confusion is: am I supposed to jump online and try to book something tonight, or technically tomorrow, just slightly after midnight Eastern Time or is it tomorrow, techinically 10/30, just after midnight Eastern Time the time frame I am looking for?

Thank you for your help :) I don't know why this all of the sudden seems so complicated. Hopefully the rest of the process will be self-explanatory :worried:

I was looking for 10/26 too. It isn't working for me either.

I think the Disney site might be down, I've been trying to pull it up since this afternoon and cannot. :confused3

Thanks. I got it to work, but I had to keep refreshing it to get a decent time.

Yea it's frustrating how the times seem to change every 10 minutes. I originally booked 12:25-12:55 and then just now pulled a 12-12:30 which works way better with our plans.

I just got 10/26 at 12:45 for 3 which works perfect for us. Thanks to everyone for the advice and instructions. Great start to a Monday:cool1:

I just booked 4 of us on the 26th @ 11:45. I refreshed 6 or 7 times to get the time I was hoping for. It worked flawlessly :) BTW, I booked it at 9:19 a.m. Eastern Time just for reference for anyone wondering....

Just booked 10/26 at 11:55 AM. Did two reservations for two different bookings and I was able to get the same time for both! This was the easiest FastPass+ booking by far! If only the ride/attraction booking could be as simple!

Thanks for all the great information! I booked our lunch fastpasses yesterday for 10/25. Even at 2pm, there were plenty of availability. I also had 3 different reservation #s (for 3 couples) and i was able to get the same time window for all 3. This thread really helped and made the process so seamless! Can't wait!!

I have booked a FP+ for my husband and I. :cool1:

My question is--we are coming to Disney to visit our son who is working there for a year-he is not staying with us so he is not on our room reservation, is there any way to add him to my dining reservation or am I out of luck because he is not staying onsite with us? He is touring the parks with us that day so I was hoping we could try this out-he has never been able to eat there yet either!

I would like to know the same thing - my parents will be joining us but they are not on our reservation. Would be a great lunch all together!

Really hoping to get some for 12/4, but then again it's the 9th day in our trip so my hopes are not set very high.
