Be Our Guest Fastpass plus

Just an update- we ate there today! Last night, I logged into the beourguest website-not mde- and our fast pass was not showing up. I looked at FAQ and it said to contact your resort front desk. I did, and they told me to go to the concierge. I did and he has me log in to my account. He saw what I meant and told me to go to the magic plus people in the park with my printout. I did, who told me to just show up with the paper at the restaurant. Well- I ended up losing the paper. I show up, searched for the paper and decide to ask, well what do you know, they have my name but not the prearranged food order. I asked and I was told it was a beta so as long as it were tied to my reservation. All and all good and we would do it again.

I'm glad to hear this!! I made an ADR for lunch next Tuesday and when I went to check it the other day it wasn't coming up on the site! Luckily I took a screen shot w my phone so hopefully their won't be any issues.
 
My trip in February I wasn't sure what day I was going to MK so I didn't bother to try the site as other do without the email.

To my surprise later in the day of my arrival I happened to check my email and there was an invite to try BOG FP for lunch, so since I now knew what day I was going to MK, I booked my lunch. So be sure to watch your email when you are there if you don't manage to get something before you leave.

I felt a little sad walking past all the people waiting in line, but was very happy the way the whole process worked. I hope they set this up for more places in the future.

NO Beast at lunch but the food was good.
 
So does the fast pass for lunch go against your total fast pass for the day?
 

You cannot use the special site at the point. It only becomes available at around 60 days and you must be a resort guest. It used to be by invitation only but that seems to have been changed.

It didn't use to be by invitation only, if I remember correctly. I did it last August (close to when it started) without the email invitation, and there were no problems finding my name at check-in.
 
Ok, I'm having some trouble with getting a reservation. When I type in the reservation number .... For example 1UY23456 .... When I click on the submit button, my letters in the reservation disappear and I'm left with only numbers (123456).... I then get a message that says
Please ensure that the Reservation ID and names entered below match exactly with your Reservation details.

Am I doing something wrong?! I am using my resort confirmation number. I am also doing this from my ipad.. Not sure if this makes any difference:confused3:confused3. Anyone have any idea?

Also, has anyone else noticed that when doing the kids meals they don't ask for the child's dessert option if on the dining plan? Are we able to get everything fixed when we get to the kiosk? I also forgot to put that my parent's were using the dining plan and their meal has a total.

kids don't get a dessert at CS restaurants; they get grapes or applesauce or something like that. We had the DDP last trip and there was so much food the adults gave the kids their desserts most of the time. Or you can pay OOP for their desserts.

You can fix the DDP credits at the kiosk. I set up BOG FP+ for my sisters room as well as mine. She was planning to pay OOP for her 2 year old's lunch but the system showed as using Dining credits because I checked off DDP. The 2 year had no dining credits and sis fixed it at the kiosk; had to 2 transactions like she did at most places where using DDP and OOP.

the braised pork at lunch was SO good, I highly recommend it.

I have the same problem - my reservation previously showed on the external site a week ago, and now less than 3 weeks out it's gone. I have the print out from the selection showing our names and menu choices. I booked without receiving an invitation/email... do you think will we have a problem getting in with just the paper at the door during our return window?

Ooohh, I see. Well, would you know where else I can find this number? We won't be utilizing DME so I won't have the booklet to get the number :worried: thank you so much!!

It used to show on MDE on the screen where you can customize/view your MagicBands, but as of at least the beginning of this week it doesn't appear there anymore (at least not on mine or my SIL's). SIL called Disney reservations and they were able to give her the number. Not sure why the FP is available for booking at around 60 days out when there's now no easy way to look up the necessary number. I don't even have my DME tags yet, so that wouldn't have been a help to me either. :confused3

FYI -- I just called and asked. yes, you can book directly through the above website (email or not). And as long as you have linked your reservation to that site, you can book 60 days out from your arrival date.

Does the same 6am time follow as ADRs (except 60 days out instead of 180 days out)?
 
I don't have the 12 digit number anywhere. It shouldn't be so hard to have to call. :(
 
get to the page where you enter your resort reservation number. I go to the website to try to book a lunch reservation, then I click on profile and am able to update the guests, but I don't see where there is an option to add a resort reservation number. I have a reservation beginning June 5th, but it only shows me the first week of May as an option. I'm lost - can anyone shed some light on this? Help!:confused3
 
I only have the 1UY12345 number, I called 800-WDW_MAGIC to get my reservation number. They had no idea what I was talking about. Apparently, you get the 12 digit number that starts with a 4 when you have a room only package and no tickets. I have a room and park tickets, so I don't have the 12 digit #.

They transferred me to the web specialist dept. The lady told me that beourguestlunch website is a test and they email people with the code and it is completely random. She was unaware that people were using the numbers with out the email. She also said that for lunch BOG only has about a 10 minute wait.
 
I went to the link and was able to make a ressie with seemingly no problems--didn't have to put in my hotel reservation number, but I did login with mde login info. I opted for the table reservation (without ordering food). I chose a time and then hit enter. I received no confirmation or anything like that. It doesn't allow me to view reservations or cancel them...the options are there, but they are "grayed" out, so I can't click them. Is this normal? I am not even sure what time I signed up for, I did it so fast, and thought I would get another screen to confirm everything. I wonder if I do have a ressie???

If you look in the url of your package reservation, you can find the code. We had the same problem last fall and were able to find it in the url and book the reservation.
