Be Our Guest Breakfast - How Was It?

Waiting to hear back today from folks who had pre-park opening ADRs about how they were funneled back to BOG and how they handled letting you out of the Restaraunt pre-rope drop (or at rope drop) and whether you were able to beat the rope drop folks to SDMT, A&E, etc. Thank you!!!!
That's what I'm interested in hearing about too. The menu is of less concern to me than the opportunity to get that far into the park before rope drop.

We are first time visitors (2 kids and 2 adults) and have a BOG breakfast ADR in April. We are planning on using the DDP. At this QS meal, or any QS location, will a CM let an adult order a child's entree? If my wife wanted the oatmeal, will they let her order it and charge her the adult price?

We haven't tried from BOG yet, but my wife and I occasionally order from the kids menu at other QS locations. Sometimes the kids menu is just more appealing!

Has anyone had breakfast here yet? Are you able to share a meal?

Thanks! :D

KennyThePirate ate at BOG the first day and reported back that yes you could share. I guess his report is open to interpretation as to whether 1) you could order one meal for two people - thus sharing one meal between two people, or 2) by sharing he meant two people sharing two meals. I would assume the former since that's really what people want to know and he knows that, but ....

Yeah that's what I've been wondering too, about the interpretation. Or confirmation on if an adult could order a child's meal or vice versa.

I'm also waiting to hear where pre-park breakfast diners go after they eat. Did anyone go early this morning?

I have an 8:05 reservation for tomorrow morning. I will be sure to check back in tomorrow afternoon. I'm looking forward to getting into the park early!

I posted the question on Kenny the Pirate's FB page. He says you go back to the nearest rope drop. Sounds like there isn't a new holding area. Let us know if this is true scrapjacks! Thanks!

For those that have done both breakfast and dinner at BOG, which one would do you prefer? We just did lunch last when we were there last week, and definitely want to dine there again. We will be on the DP again, so not really concerned with value, but food quality. I'm almost considering breakfast one day and dinner another day, just to be able to experience both. Any thoughts?

Does anyone know if reservations for Sept. 12-19 are open? I tried getting a breakfast for every day and nothing was available. the dates are highlighted but nothing available. ?

Not available right now. Booking is only sometime until June right now.

Thanks!! I wonder why the dates show up ? I was getting worried because all the lunches are booked too! Not to mention dinner...:(

I wonder if you can request more pastries. Or if they give more for larger tables. That doesn't look like it would be much for my family of 5!

We have an ADR for April 2nd. We are keeping it because last time we were at WDW, we went for lunch but the kids whined/complained the entire time because they didn't like the kid offerings, so we didn't really get to enjoy it. Breakfast looks more promising for my crew!

Kenny the Pirate posted the pastry plate on his FB page. He did comment that they give more to larger parties and you can request more as well.

Any word on if adults can order off the kids? My husband is eyeing up the crepes.

I had BOG breakfast this morning. Our reservation was for 8:05. It was rainy and we were running late. Here's how it went..

The check-in at the front of MK was on the left side today, not the right as I had read mentioned in other posts.
We were let into the park (the part I was looking forward to the most!) and got to walk down Main street in the rain with very few other people. :-) We walked thru the castle and at the carousel there were some cast members that directed us toward BOG.

I had my 10 and 12 yr old children with me. I'm not much of a breakfast person so we ordered one child's menu item (French Toast) and one adult entree (Egg & bacon sandwich). We shared these - I know a lot of people have been asking about sharing.

Both of my kids REALLY wanted to try the cronut too, but the youngest is a type 1 diabetic and I thought pastries and french toast were enough sweets for one morning!

The sandwich was delicious!! My daughter said it was her favorite too, my son prefered the pastries, especially the chocolate chip one. This was plenty of food for the 3 of us.

Because we were about 15 minutes late getting to the restuarant it was 8:59am when we stepped outside. We checked the line at 7DMT and it was already 45 minutes long!

So we headed farther into the park. We walked right in to have a photo with Ariel. Walked right onto Dumbo and had a train to ourselves on Barnstormer before that area had many guests at all.
