Be Aware when order from Disneyshopping.com

I bought goods of appox £75 in total, plus £20 p & P, the courier service they used have said they are having massive problems with Disney Shopping not filling in the customs forms correctly, therefore customs have charged an extra £51, this is disney shoppings fault.
I have emailed them but at the moment they are doing the avoidence tactic, I will get my money back, but its all time, if only Disney Shopping could teach employees how to fill out the customs forms out.

The last thing I ordered from disneyshopping.com wasn't allowed to be delivered out of the USA and it was only a necklace, it was a real pain but luckil DFIL was going and we had it delivered to his friends house and then he picked it up for me and bought it home. It was all a bit odd but I found the Customer Services to be very helpful when I contacted them.

I'm quite surprised at the low shipping amount, if I order for $90 I get shipping costs quoted of $40!! that's why I only order when I go over there and get it shipped to the hotel.

I had the same problem with them back in june-ordered out of there sale so items came to 110 dollars and got stung by uk courier foranother £32!!!They siad it was in the small print which it was that they don't pay the vat etc so I could do nothing.Sorry to tell you this.If you do sort it out good luck and well done.I will not order from them again

yes ive also had this problem with them, will only order from them while out there now.
shame rearly as they do some lovely stuff and soo cheap....

How exactly are they filling the forms out wrong? They are so simple all that it needs is the value of the items and a rough description of what they are

Unfortunatley VAT and import duties are the responsibilty of the person who ordered goods from outside of the country. Some goods are zero rated in VAT and import duty and others are not so it pays to check before you order from a company outside the UK.

on my form they put value of goods plus postage (pre sale prices) instead of what i had actually paid for the items meaning i had to pat 40 odd quid extra duty rather than something like 11.
