BCV where to stay?

Hi Gang,
We need some help if you could. We are staying at the BCV for the first time in August in a one bedroom and are thinking about a first floor with a pool veiw. Does that sound like a wise choice or does anyone think another request would be better. Thanks for your input.

I liked the pool view, it was quiet and beautiful at night. However I'd personally ask for something higher than the 1st floor for a little more privacy, but it depends on your preferences. You'd be able to walk in and out of your room easily. It might be great.
