BCV Studio vs BC room capacity?

I know that the BCV studio has the kitchenette and the pull out sofa, the BC room has two beds.
Besides those differences what else is different between these two and why does the BC rooms have a max capacity of 5 and the BCV studio have a max capacity of 4?

BC has 2 queen beds plus a day bed.(for the extra person).

BCV only have the queen bed and a double sleeper sofa.

BC has views of the lake and the boardwalk (the BCVs don't) and BC is closer to EPCOT. BCVs are set back behind the BC. I don't think that all of the BC rooms come with balconies and some of the balconies are standing room only at BC (no room for chairs or a table) while ALL BCV rooms have balconies that will at least accommodate two chairs and a small table.
