HAS ANYONE STAYED IN A STUDIO BCV GROUND FLOOR ON QUIET POOL? WE ARE LOOKING FOR A ROOM NUMBER SO WE CAN MAKE A REQUEST ON OUR RESERVATION. THANKS GLENDA FROM WISCONSIN
About the best you can do when making the reservation is to request "ground floor, pool view" instead of a specific room number. When you check in you can discuss specific rooms that are available.
We stayed in a 2BR room #134 at the BCV, which was great because we stepped out the patio doors, across the grass, and into the pool. I am not sure if the 2nd BR was a lock-off or if it was a dedicated 2BR, but somehting in that vicinity would probably work.
I was in #410 and it looked right at the pool, so #10 on the ground floor would do you, too. I think from #10 up thru the 50's would probably put you right by the pool.
We stayed in room 270 in July which overlooked the canal and you could see the pool. We could sit out and watch the turtles and the ally swimming around. This was a studio.
I've kept a list of the BCV studios, all the views and other comments from here. Someone had studio #161 once that they said was near the pool, they could see Illuminations if they looked up, found it "convenient and lovely".
Simba's Mom... just wanted to say that #161 is not on the pool side of the resort. The "view" from it would be a garden view on the Epcot side and you would see a bit of illuminations. You are correct that it is near the pool though, because it is right accross the hall from the second elevator which has a door that exits right out to the pool.
