Hello, I am sure that some of the Beach Club (Resort) rooms only have standing-room-only balconies , I suppose because they want to preserve some aesthetic theme for the outside of the resort building (why else would they do this??)

When it comes to the Villas however, is this the case? I did notice from pictures that some balconies are large and some small, but does this follow what type of room you booked (studio, 1br, etc) or is it a crap shoot regarding what size balcony you get?

I will be staying in studios and want to know if they all have the large balconies like at other deluxe resorts (except for BC resort)

Thanks
M

All of the villas have a walk-out balcony; first floor patios with a minimum of two chairs and table. There are varying sizes of balconies for studios. We've had very large ones; 563 and 463. I believe 244 and 344 were larger than normal
as well. The smallest we had was 527, which was still okay for 2 people.
Hope that helps!

We also had a studio on the second floor that had 2 chairs and a small table. Certainly enough to sit out with a cup of coffee.

It's a crap shoot.

As was stated above, the smaller balconies are large enough to sit two and a small table comfortably, but no more!

If you have a one bdrm or larger, are there baclonies off the bedroom and living room like most of the bwv's?

We had a very small balcony off of our studio. I think it was probably one of the smallest. We had to move one of the chairs in order to open the door. Now it was a H/C room so the door didn't slide, although I'm not sure if they do in non H/C rooms either. It was very croweded with two chairs and one table on the balcony. We ended up stacking the chairs and just standing. It was very small.

We have stay in a studio twice, both on the 3rd floor facing the pool. Both time we got huge balconies, if you look up at where the big round turrets are on the front, we stayed in one that was a handicap room (I think 328 ish studio) explains big balcony for a wheel chair to roll onto, the other turret was a regular studio ( down the hall more from main elevator).

Hope this helps.

None of the rooms at BCV have the small size standing room only balconies like some of the BC rooms have. All of the balconies at BCV are at least the size of the BC full size balconies and some are bigger.
