BCV studio 9/28-10/5 for rent

I have a reservation for a BCV studio from 9/28-10/5 that I won't be able to use. I thought I'd try to sell instead of having points go into a "holding account". The reservation is 106 points total, and I'm asking $975 for the reservation. (The points are not transferrable).
