BCV - Recent Disappointing Stay

Our trip last May at our home, BCV, we had many issues with the bands not opening up the door. After several phone calls and visits to the front desk it was eventually rectified...but what a hassle and loss of valuable vacation time. The condition of our two bedroom villa was pretty bad too. I'm thrilled that it is finally being refurbished. The wet entryway is simply unacceptable and you absolutely should have been offered another 2 bedroom villa. I would have demanded it! I'm sorry you had this experience. I hate bad experiences at Disney...especially when they don't do what is right to make good.

Just a reminder that the "front desk" button on the room and resort phones are answered by a call center who's job is to act like the front desk. They may be able to refer your issue, they may put you on hold and call the resort, they may transfer your call to the resort. On more than one occasion I have been told at the front desk that there was never a record of our issue in their system after calling to report a problem.
