BCV or BWV in Feb/March Avail?

I am 90% sure that I want to rent points for our next stay (haven't talked to Hubby yet - but he usually doesn't get involved in vacation planning). I would need a Villa for Monday Feb 27 through Thursday March 2 (possibly adding on Sunday or Friday). Will these dates be hard to get a room for. Just wondering how difficult it will be if anyone might know. Thanks.

Availability changes every day so you really never know until you call.

That said, I don't think it will be hard to get a room at either the BCV or the BWV (PV -Pool/Garden) for those dates unless you wait until the last minute. My advice is to get something reserved at least 4 - 5 months in advance to be sure.
