BCV or BWV Add-on

Anyone choose BCV simply b/c the resale value is better.

Not me then again we bought into DVC never really thinking to sell it and added on with that same thought process.

Unless you're buying & plan to resell it later - the resale value means nothing. What makes sense is to buy the points where you plan to stay....not where the resale is highest or the dues are cheapest.

We bought it for the accomdations (dedicated 2 bedroom with 2 Q's) and for SAB. We paid the premium for it, I surprised myself. We had bought BWV initially for the extra value of the standard points and location. The lack of dedicated 2 bedrooms at BWV didn't mean anything to me until we had DGC and whole families wanted to come. I don't think we would have bought exclusively BCV however, so it turned out alright for us.
