I'll try to keep this simple: I have multiple rooms at BCV in October. I have a 2BR from 10/18-10-26, and a 1BR from 10/19-10/27. Due to a change in our configuration, I can cancel the 1BR but I need the last night, the 27th, because we don't fly back until Sunday. Can I cancel the first 7 nights and only keep the last night?
Secondly, if I am in a lock-off can we divide the 1br and the studio onto two credit cards? I know we all would use the same keys, so I'm guessing no, but didn't know how that worked. If not, any other suggestions on how to divide the costs without having to keep every receipt and spend the last few hours of the trip itemizing? Seems annoying, I'm open to suggestions! It'd be us in the 1BR, and my sister, BIL & their granddaughter (4). They are very easygoing and I don't foresee any issues, but if there is a way to split the bill without having to sit down and hear somebody say "Who is responsible for 38 margaritas at La Cava?" that'd be great!
Final, general question: Is this going to be a crazy busy time? I know DVC is busy, as will be F&W, but a lot of good dining options are already booked, and cash rates are crazy high and it seems like cash availability is limited (was looking for somebody else recently). So, October 18-27th, what are we in for??
