BCV Issues: A conspiracy theory in the making?

OK.....please realize that my tongue is firmly in cheek for this......

In the last few days, there has been a rash of "BCV isn't that great" threads.....

Yet, for the past 6 months or so, BCV has been the most difficult DVC resort to buy into. Resales are almost non-existent and are snapped up almost before they get on the market.

That being said, could the "BCV is going downhill" threads be started to guarantee that someone, somewhere, would panic and put their points on resale?

Just a thought.....

Not to make light on any of the travesties that befell others, but there is a veritable (get ready for the $5 college word) plethora of BCV issues......

Funny, nary a peep about BCV for months but now there are many......

This does seem to rear its' head every so often.
We like the BCV-it isn't perfect, but it is a nice place.
I think Disney does well with the upkeep, but they could always do better.
But, if anyone wants to sell.....

These thread started is that I had just heard that we passed ROFR on our first DVC contract- that' s right, 150 BCV points! So this was all meant to put me intto a state of complete panic.
