BCV - First Stay / Questions

We're staying at BCV in a studio for the first time. We have been DVC members since 2001 and have stayed at all the other DVC properties at Disney World.

We're not too particular, but is there anything we should consider in a room request? Are some areas noisy, too far, or any other things to be aware of? High floors vs. Low Floors?

I am purchasing through resale - does that mean I won't have a guide?

Don't buy because of views, buy because it is the place you want to stay at the most, especially in light of the new booking policy.
It is by far my fovorite resort as you can see from my sig, and I haven't stayed at them all yet.
