We will be at BCV from Dec. 19-26. We would love to use Tree 2 from Dec. 23 - Dec. 26!!!

Hi!

Tree #1 Breaks down to 2-3 pieces, but the lights and decorations are mostly already there. You may need to slightly adjust when you take it out of the box.

I haven't seen Tree #2, but it's probably the same kind of deal...

I put you down tentatively. Please PM me and let me know if you want me to keep you on the list!

We're about to close sign-ups. There are still quite a few dates left. If you don't see your entire trip available, you can still have a tree for part of your trip. It's fun, and the price sure beats the amount charged by Disney Florists!

We're getting close to shipping out the trees, so here is the information I promised. Sorry for the delay... my laptop decided to die, and the replacement laptop died within a week of receiving it. Happily, this laptop has been working for the past four days, so (hopefully) I think I'm good to go again!

I need everyone to PM me with the following information:

- Real e-mail address
- Real cell phone number
The cell phone and e-mail are so that we can coordinate getting the tree to the next recipient. When you drop the tree off at Bell Services/ Pick the Tree Up from Bell Services, I will need you to e-mail me, so I know where we stand. The cell phone number is only for . I will share your e-mail address with the next person on the tree list unless you request that I keep it private.

I will be at BCV when the exchange ends, so I will arrange to send the trees back to the owners (Tree #1 belongs to me).

I will pack an extension cord with Tree #1 and I *think* that there will be one with Tree #2. You may want to bring your own. In the box with the tree will be a keepsake ornament for each family to take home (my gift to each of you).

If you would like to add an ornament to the tree, please feel free to do so. If you would like to send down ornaments for the other families, please PM me, and I will let you know how to get them to the Tree Coordinator, and the date they need to be there by. There will be an empty envelop in each tree box for those of you who have asked about contributing to the cost for mailing the trees back and forth. We will have to pay the $10 delivery fee to receive the trees at BCV, but will have a car, so I plan to try to ship them back to their homes from off-site. Sending ornaments and contributing to shipping costs is optional. I've added this information because I have been asked about it.

If anyone has any questions, please feel free to post them. You will notice that there are some dates listed as "OPEN" in red. If someone contacts me for those dates before the tree ships, I will try to add them to a list. No guarantees.

Today's Update:

Everyone is accounted for, and we are officially ON! Tree #2 has been sent to BCV's, and now that we are all set, Tree #1 will be on its way tomorrow.

I'd like to thank Bronte who is sending a craft for each family who is participating in this swap, Chim Chiminy who is sending ornaments and Loversdreamersandme, who (even though she won't make it to WDW this holiday season) is donating Tree #2.

If anyone is just stumbling upon this thread, you will notice that there are still a few open moments available. Feel free to PM me if you'd like to be considered for one of the open dates.

It's Christmas here at the beach club in room 233! We got our tree this morning...and it's wonderful! Thanks to everyone that plays a part to make this happen! It made our trip even more magical!!!
