BCV at 7 month mark for November

We own at SSR but I would love my kids (8,6 and 3 yrs.) to experience the pool at BCV. Last trip, we would have had to wait list for BCV and so we stayed at WLV (which we really, really liked but don't necessarily want to try again so soon.) This year we are going during the first week of November (as is the rest of NJ with us, it seems) and was hoping that we could get into BCV. Has anyone had any experience with this? We would need a 2 bedroom. Any input would be appreciated.

Well if you are trying for Jersey Week, realize that you'd have a lot of competition. According to our closer and some other DVC folks I've chatted up, New Jersey is the second-ranked state in terms of overall ownership in DVC. Give it a try and let us know how it turns out!

We have successfully traded into BCV that specific week, during food and wine and "Jersey week" with a 1 BR but were unable to do it with a 2 BR the only time we tried. Give it a try, you never know.

The kids have off from school Thurs. and Fri., November 8th and 9th. We are taking that whole week for WDW, starting on Sat. Nov. 3rd. Most people take the whole week and keep their kids out of school for the three days. Veteran's Day is Monday, Nov. 12th this year, so I'm curious to see how that affects the crowds.

I was able to get our 1 bedroom standard view for August last week (at the 7month mark). Hopefully you'll have the same luck.

Book your home at the 11 month, try at the 7 month if you get it then great, if not go on the wait list. If it doesn,t come throught you will still have a place.
