Take the boat, bus or can you walk? How long does it take to get there?

You can boat or walk. The boat is located by the lighthouse closer to the Yacht Club. If there is a boat there it will then stop at the S/D and then go to the Studios. The boat would be about 20 mins. if it is at the dock otherwise it will be longer to wait for it. For us we always walk to the Studios. It takes us about 15 min. and we find it to be faster than the boat.

It's about 1.1 miles from the BC to DHS. So it depends on how fast you typically walk, but I think 20-30 minutes is a good estimate.
