BBQ Round-up Food ???

I have read that they will be serving chicken and ribs, but that they will also have a vegetarian option. Anyone know what it will be? Thanks!

I saw a post earlier that said it is a skewer of grilled veggies and tofu. There are vegetarian beans, also.
