BBQ Beach Party?

Sorry if this has been posted before!
I'm trying to pass the time while I wait to hear back about the contract and everything, and was thinking about our welcome party.
I've read/heard that you can do a BBQ Beach party at the Beach Club, and I've talked to DFTW about it, but didn't get much information.
Anyone know anything about it? Pictures, menu options, music, etc?

hello. yes i had one of these unfortunalty it rained an i was moved inside to the yaght club but i have to say it tuned out beautiful and everyoen loved the atmosphere.
i am at work so i cant post pics but when i get hoem i can give you mroe info. price, food options and pictures. i think it was a very nice casual meet and greet!
