I don't have the exact recipies, but the navigators will usually tell you what is IN them. We got this advice from a bartender: start with 1/2 oz of each liquor, and then enough mixer to fill the glass. Adjust as needed from there. So, if a drink has banana rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice, etc....start w/ 1/2 oz each rum, and the juice. This formula follows with pretty much any drink. You may need to tweek it a bit, but this should be a good start.
