BBB Walt Disney World - 5 girls - different packages?

When making reservations for BBB do I need to know what packages will be actually used? I have 3 families (5 girls) 1 fam will want the whole package (dress, hair, makeup) the other 2 fams will be just wanting the hair, makeup -(1fam will bring their own dress and the other fam will skip the dress all together) so do I need to tell Disney which package will be done for what group at the time of booking or does Disney just book the same amount of time for each experience once the client is dressed in their chosen outfit?

You just book your time and then they can pick when they arrive.
