My daughter's birthday is 10/8... I have BBB at 9am and CRT at 10am. One CM told me that's not enough time, another said it shouldn't be a problem given it's still fairly early in the morning... help? We love the breakfasts but can try for a lunch? Or stick with what we have, and do any additional pics after breakfast? Or just freak out now? Any of those options will work ;-)

I believe you are going to be tight but make it. Especially if you do the photos after you eat. Get to BBB early, as early as they'll let you back there, so you are one of the first to check in (I assume park opens at 9:00?)
In the mean time, keep looking for a BBB ADR at 10:30 for breathing room

You'll be fine. It would be unusual for them to run behind that early in the day.

If you do run late, just send someone over to the podium (right across the castle walkway) to say what's up and that you'll be there soon.

BBB opens at 8, so there will be people in ahead of them. I would suggest continuing to look for an earlier BBB appointment, but those can be hard to find and you can't check online.

Depends on which package your getting at BBB too. If the full castle I think it is, then yes IMO that's cutting it a bit close and I would keep looking for a CRT for maybe 10:30 instead of 10. But worse case as PP mentioned, have someone go to the CRT podium and explain you're still held up at BBB and will be there shortly. I would also tell the FGM at BBB that you have a 10:00 CRT ADR as well. :)

If it is just hair and makeup, no dress selection or photos, I think you will be fine since it is right there. We were running late one time also, and when we showed CRT our payment receipt from BBB they said it was no problem and let us in 20 minutes late. Not a policy so not guaranteed, but I bet it happens a lot.

If you are getting a dress package it will help a lot if you know what dress you want before hand, and a back up in case they are out of your size

We are not doing the dress package, only The hair and nails package? And they said she would get a birthday sash, which I'm assuming she can wear on top of whatever dress we bring in?

Yes, she can wear the sash over her clothes

And I'm assuming our Cinderella dress from the Disney store is the same/similar to the one they sell at BBB?

They will likely be different, but not enough to justify the price in most cases. The Parks ones seem a bit better made (and less likely to have glitter rub off everywhere is the biggest difference I have seen). The designs have minor differences but my daughter never noticed them and has always been fine in her DS dresses.
