BBB for very nappy hair?

Hello! My Dniece is black with very nappy hard to manage hair. This is probably the stupidest question I have ever asked, but can BBB work with that? I have looked on the web to find photos of BBB hairdos and all I have seen are white or asian girls with similar hair characteristics....long and straight. Her mom has a terrible time doing her hair and is concerned that when we get there, they won't be able to do anything with it. She usually braids it or puts it up in multiple ponies. Should we leave it down for our appointment? What have you done?? I told my Dsis not to worry about it and surely they can do it, but she won't listen...please help me make her feel better!!! Thanks for any tips and photos would be great!

They basically take all the hair to make one pony tail, really tight. They make a bun from there. They also use tons of gel. So I think you should be okay. Leave her hair down for the appt.

They can do anything with any hair type! Children with brush cuts get awesome results. It will be great!

The OP was asking about the BBB, not the barbershop...

I've seen photos online of girls getting their more textured hair done at BBB, so not to worry. Just watch out for the blue eyeshadow - sometimes they get very heavy-handed with the eyeshadow, and it turns a princess into a streetwalker!
