We've never attended MNSSHP, but now with a change in schedule, I'm considering it... can you really dress up? Like how crazy do people go?

DD wants to do a BBB appointment, would you do it specifically for MNSSHP?

So ideally on MNSSHP late morning at hotel, then head to MK at 1ish for BBB appointment followed by dinner at CRT at 4:10pm?

Or would you do a BBB appointment on another MK day w/o attending MNSSHP?

Everyone can dress up!! If your daughter would choose to be a princess anyway as a costume for the party then doing BBB that day would get her all ready to go for that night. It's fun to do family themed costumes too so everyone gets to dress up:)

O.K., that's good news!

But given that the party doesn't "start" until 7pm, I'm guessing I (as an adult) can't show up in costume at 1pm right? It would have to be after 4pm when the "gates" open for MNSSHP?

You're taking a risk by wearing a costume to the park before 4:00, but you might be let in. They seem to have been pretty lax on that in the last couple of years, from what I've seen at the parties I attended. To be safe, though, you wouldn't want to enter the park before 4:00 in a costume.

we arent 'doing disney' this year as we have booked a 3 night cruise within our holiday... my daughter still wants to do BBB(at downtown disney) i'm thinking perhaps we could book MNSSHP for that evening and i get my fix of MK too! my questions are;

- what time can we get in the park for MNSSHP ?
- if i buy the MNSSHP tickets do i ALSO need a park ticket... if we're only doing the party?

- is it worth it?? doing the MNSSHP night or do we just buy a park ticket for the day and have my daughters BBB day and a full day at MK meeting princesses etc?? what would YOU do?!?! HELPPPP!!!!!

You can enter the park at 4:00 PM with the party ticket and no, if you enter after 4, you do not need a park ticket. I would say yes, it is totally worth it! I would go to DTD, eat a big lunch, do BBB, then head to MK for the party. Keep in mind if you don't have a car, you will need to bus to a monorail resort from DTD and then travel to MK.

We loved MNSSHP when our girls were 2-4-6 and are doing it again at ages 6-8-10 - I know it's expensive but we truly enjoyed it!

we have done the party before a few years back and enjoyed it just wasnt sure it would be worth it if we had to buy park tickets on top aswell as paying for party tickets and BBB. now i know we can get in from 4pm and not buy park tickets on top im thinking we really should do it!

We (family of 4) arrived in full costume at 2pm, and they didn't care that we were dressed up. We just went to an in-park wristband pick up location at 4:00. Easy peasy. :goodvibes
