BB or TL for 3 year old?

Any opinions on which water park is better for a 3 (almost 4) year old? I am leaning towards TL as I'd like to see the sharks but just wanted some other opinions.

I think it depends on how adventurous your child is and if they can swim. I have done both with DS 4 and DS 7 and we had a great time. We did BB in April 2005 and did not spend any time in the kiddie area. The boys did one slide and proclaimed it boring. We just did TL in April of 2006 and again spent limited time in the kiddie area but it seemed a little more interesting. Both boys loved swimming with the sharks. We were the first ones in the shark pool in the morning so all the fish were really active. The stingrays actually freaked my DS 4 out a little as they came right up to him. He did fine though and actually went a second time.

I don't think you can go wrong with either as they are both fun!

If you can only choose one I would pick TL. My now 6 yo DD likes both but prefers TL over BB. Of course both have the lazy river and kid's areas but BB has more flume rides. There's a few there I won't even ride (I don't like getting my suit up my..... ) I also love the shark reef. My DD was going to try it last time but we hadn't practiced snorkels and she wasn't ready. We plan on practicing with a mask and snorkel (probably in the tub) before we go in Sept. If you do choose BB they have the family raft Steamboat Springs which is really good.

Her favorite thing, and it's only at TL, is the wave pool! Even though BB has a wave pool too, it's no comparision to TL-she squeals with delight everytime that big wave comes! And of course, TL has added Crushin' Gusher' which is great (there is a height limit-not for the small ones).

Like the previous poster said, they'll like either one, but I say if you want to swim with the sharks, go TL. Have a great time!
