BB or TL for 3 and 1 year olds

Hello Folks:

I will be heading to WDW in a little over a week, and we plan on doing one day at one of the waterparks. Can anyone recommend which one, BB or TL, would be better for my little kids, DS is 1 yo and DD is 3yo. Any info will be appreciated. Thanks.

I have not been to BB, but did go to TL when DD was only 21 months. They have a great little kiddy area that she really loved. We spent our day there splashing around while dh and older dd did some "rides". She was quite content playing around the area and it was quite a nice and pleasent area.

We have only been to BB (went last summer when our kids were 3 and 1) and it was GREAT! The kids area was a lot of fun and perfect for that age.
