BB or TL for 3 & 1 yr olds

Any input? We weren't planning on a day at a water park, but I don't want to rule it out either (depending on the weather)

Which would you do with kids this young? I've been to both, but not since having kids and I don't think I ever checked out the kids areas.

I would definitely go to TL! We took our then DD1 and she loved it and we plan to take her agin this summer at age 3. We went right to Ketchakiddee Creek. There are a lot of things for both your 1 and 3 year old. They will love it!!

We took our 2 yr old to TL last year (to Ketchakiddie creek mostly, though DH dipped her in the big waves as the wave machine rolled themout and she LOVED it!)

Keep in mind that because BB is all WHITE and reflects most of the sunlight, it is much easier to get a bad sunburn even if you use lots of sunscreen. Withe very little kids, I'm not willing to take that chance.

Thanks for the input! My dd3 watched the vacation video with me and she want's to "Ride the bus, see Cinderella at her castle, and swim" Thank goodness were DVC members so we can just "wing" it!

We have been to TL with our then 4.5 yo. The kiddie area is great! There are lots of wading & sprinkler areas. There is even a little "lazy river" for the tot's.

When you get the kid's lunch from the snack bar, it comes in a bucket w/ a shovel. Great for building sand castles.

We ended up spending the entire day & still didn't want to leave! It was a really nice break on a hot day.

And, the lifeguards were really good about keeping big kids out of the kiddie area.
