BB Chair lift question

Last time I went to BB they had just opened and did not have a chair lift. We are going back in a couple of weeks and I was wondering how high it goes - does it just go up to the highest (wedgie giving) slide or can you access others slides from the drop off point like the family slide?

it drops you off and you have a choice of, i believe, three different slides...we are planning on visiting a water park during our next trip and not sure if it should be bb or tl....we will see....

bump - can anyone verify if I can reach the family slide via the chair lift? Or will we have to climb to that one?

Yes, you can get to the family raft ride from the Chair Lift.

Yes, You must be 32" to ride the chair lift. It drops you off right between Summit plummet and the family raft ride. You can walk around to all the slides.

Thanks for the quick replies on this! I was worried that DD who is not 48 inches tall yet could not take it and we would have to do those horrible stairs again to do the family raft ride. I love that ride, but HATE those stairs!!!!!

And if the parents are too chicken to do the BIG slide and the children 12 and 9 want to is it safe to let them go in the chair lift alone.....can they fall out....OOOOHHHHH I have a terrible fear of those chairlifts myself!!!

There is a lap bar that comes down but it is certainly not fool proof. They always fill up the seats with single riders if there are only 2 in your party so they would ride with someone. I am not sure what the policy is about how young children can ride alone.

I wish they had some other way to get to the top. The chair lift is often shut down for weather concerns and it is really much longer than it needs to be.
