When will BayLake preconstruction sales begin? Guess that seems to be the "million dollar question"?

No one has any idea. SSR is sold out, but they have PLENTY of AKV Kidani inventory to sell, so there is no rush.

Have there been any rumors as to how much BLT will sell for per point?

Rumors, and I stress RUMORS have been as high as $134 per point.

Given the economy, unless there is improvement, if they set it that high I think they'll need lots of incentives/discounts.

It still may depend upon the economy. Until sales actualy begin, they could still change their mind about it and make it a cash CRO suite tower for the convention traffic. Though I think that it is unlikely.

By delaying the sales, it gives them time to do interior finish out, thus there would be no need to offer developers points as an incentive. They could offer annual passes or re-instate the park admission incentive like we original OKW owners received (though I'll bet it would be for a shorter time period).
