Bay Lake Tower Activities

I am hearing there are activities such as movies, crafts, etc for kids at BLT. Does anyone know if there is a schedule of activities in order to plan? We will be there in 2 weeks. Also if we wanted to take the 4 yr old on a boat ride how long does the one to WL last and does a boat come right back? Just on it for the ride for something different Thx

I feel bad nobody replied to this. I found this site which posts the monthly calendars under activities.

If you go back to the resort list, you can choose others to look at.

I'm still waiting for the June ones to be posted.

Can't remember how long the boat ride is. But not long. And you may have to get off and reboard depending on how many people are waiting. But why not get off and explore the other resort?

ETA: Just realized how out-of-date my sig is. Need to update it for the last 8 years. Yikes!

you should get a schedule when you check in - if you don;t just go by the activity center (community hall in the other dvc resorts) -- and ask for one.

if has both blt and cr activities - so definitely look at and include it in your planning.

the activity center is on the first floor - between the lobby and elevators - okay don't remember if it is north or south.
think north so you will turn left.

but do I need to go back.....

I like to have the information before I get there if I can. Then I can decide if there are any movies that I'd like to see, or what the camp fire schedule is at Fort Wilderness.

Also BLT and CR have separate calendars, since they have separate pool parties and trivia, etc. But the movies are the same.

BLT has a community room, where they have daily activities...plus you can play video games, play football etc, do crafts and rent movies.

My boys are older so we did not use it that much on last trip, but we did rent movies. Our next stay is in 2 weeks and we will have my 6 yr old nephew with us, so we probably will use it more.
