Bay Lake Room Request

We have a 2 bedroom preferred view reserved at Bay Lake Tower. We will be celebrating our 40th anniversary with our kids and grandkids joining us. How do I make a request as to which room we would like? I don't want to ask for the world, I just hope to be able to see the nightime lake parade and have a good view. I would also like to tell them it is our 40th anniversary. So how do we do that? These aren't the type of requests we can make on the app.

Ask for south side facing the marina/CR pool. Ask for upper floor. I was in 7644 (last room on north side) and had a good view of the electric water parade. I would call or make the request via chat.

I agree with requests above. You can chat or email MS via the member website, or you can call MS. If you do online checkin, leave the request area blank - anything entered there will override the requests you submit directly to MS

.....also looking for best studio location at BLT - we have a preferred view Studio, and have never stayed here before. I've heard tell of some Preferred views that have partial Theme Park views ??? Where would those be located?
Alternatively, what level is the same as the TopOfTheWorld "Villains Lounge", and can you gather on that balcony for fireworks, without a Lounge reservation ??

Partial MK view would be Even Numbered Room, North End.

I can’t remember which floor the lounge is, but yes you can watch fireworks from the balcony there without entering the lounge.

Villains Lair/Balcony is on Floor 15, but rooms are all Grand Villas.
Floor 14 has two studios with preferred views and partial theme park, in the northernmost part of the tower. Same for Floor 12 and on down (there is no Floor 13.)

To gain access to the balcony viewing area, you may have to show your DVC member status on your phone in the Disney app. If you never set that up, find out how to do it on tthe DVC boards, PLUS your ID with a matching name. They have been strict the times I was here before, sending people back to their rooms for IDs.
