What’s a Great price to get these resorts at . I’m looking at contracts in the 100-200 range for each . I’d like to end up with around 300 points

It seems this year they are mostly in the $120-$130 range. Currently most contracts at these resorts are listed in the $130s which I feel is a little elevated. Last year I got 200 pts at BLT for $115. But you can't go wrong with either of these resorts in that $120-$130 range. They are both at the top of the most economical.

It is possible to loaded CCV or BLT in the mid $120s, less if not loaded. Anything under $130 would be a good price IMO
Agreed.

I got my 50 pts for $140, so I would expect 100 pts to be $130 or below. But if it's loaded and it's your UY, I would go for it even at $130.

I got a loaded BLT for 125 a point and was very excited at the end of last year. I've been watching the resale websites and generally only see below that if stripped.

Just closed at $126 per/point on a 100-point contract but got the seller to pay closing fees. At 100 points ~$800 closing fees through Fidelity, that gets you down to $118.

Haven't seen many close at less than $115.

Target for BLT- 150+ points $120-$125

Less than 150 points $125-$130

CCV is slightly higher, but we didn't get as granular given our BLT target.

I got stripped BLT for $124 (96 points 2025) and that was okay at the time but now i would not pay more than $120 for that

I made a bunch of offers in the past two weeks primarily on BLT contracts as I was on the hunt for about 500 points + or - most brokers were saying BLT contracts were on the way up and were trading in the 130s. I was able to pick up 3 contracts all at $120pp. Im happy at that price considering this is what we originally paid for our first BLT contract in 2018. Is it the rock bottom? Who knows, but I'm happy there and the economics makes a lot of financial sense to me on a total cost PP long term.

So, some of this site isn't working well anymore, but I think the pricing tool still works: https://www.dvcrofr.com/dis-data/pricing-tool

For BLT points of reference: I purchased a Dec UY 160 pt contract in 2024 with full 2023 points + 9 2022 points for $127.50/pt. I also purchased a Dec UY 50 pt contract in 2025 with full 2024 points for $135/pt (I didn't negotiate the smaller contract; there was probably more wiggle room there).

You did well!!! Also, in the last six or eight months, CCV has gone up again. It was hovering around $120 for a while. That's no more.
I’m surprised CC stays as low as it is. It seems to have popular theming (compared to say BLT which I like but many don’t seem too) a lot of years left on the contract, and a good reason to own there because it seems to be imperative to be able to book at the 11 month window . I chose bay lake and cooper because I like doing split stays and wanted to be able to guarantee myself one resort besides SS or OKW. I like those resorts as well but they are more subdued. These are my first contracts

If CCV was on the monorail loop I'd be buying there for sure. But since it's not, BLT is probably going to be one of our home resorts eventually after we buy Poly 😛
Can I ask why your prioritize the loop ? I am under the impression it’s very easy to get from cooper creek to magic kingdom

CCV to MK requires a boat or a bus. It's easier to get to MK from CCV than non-MK resorts, but the monorail resorts all offer more efficient ways to get to MK. The boat is very limiting if you have a stroller and/or accessibility device like an ECV or wheelchair because you don't always get a large boat.

CR/BLT: Walking path and monorail
Poly/PVB: Monorail, boat, walk to GF walking path, or walk to TTC and take either monorail line or the ferry
GF/VGF: Monorail, boat, and walking path

It is easy to get from CCV to MK, but I care more about Epcot than MK. I also am not particularly fond of the boat transportation given that it can sometimes be a little bit of a wait if you miss the boat and the wait is not in a shaded area. We also regularly eat at other hotels on the monorail resort like Ohana, Narcoosees, Steakhouse 71, Citricos, California Grill so it also makes it easier from that standpoint to get to dinner.
