Bay Lake add on! ! !

Just got off the phone with my guide. Was going to do a 50 pt add on. Started thinking about the grandbabies (1 and 3) and said... nah, 100 pts, but before I was off the phonr I added on 160 pts in two contracts.

So not me to make split second changes, but absolutely no regrets and lots of joy and excitement!

Can I ask what is the advantage of getting 2 smaller contracts totally 160 pts than just a 160 pt add on? We have made our decision to buy, now it is just the number of points.

We break up our contracts because should we need to sell in the future it is easier to sell the smaller contracts. Anything less than 100 points doesn't seem to hang around the Timeshare Store for very long!

not only easy to sell - but say something awfully happen and you need to sell

well with smaller contracts you might only have to sell one not both.

got 2- 60 point contracts myself - BLT is pretty amazing!

can't buy any more for a while - but may be getting an 100 contract when the economy gets better.

op look at the points chart - buy what you will need - if that is too expensive half it and just go every other year.
