BAT code on Yacht Club Question

Okay i was able to get ONE night with a discount, and they had to make a new reservation... (I am staying Concierge) I asked if that means we will have to change rooms the last night and she said she would request we stay in the same room but can't guarentee it.. Has anyone had this problem?? Having one night with discount and they had to make a new reservation??? If so will they let you stay in the same room or do we have to move?
