i was checking the hours for our visit and I can see the park opens at 9 but Fast and the Furious opens at 8. I couldn't tell if this was a ride or just a revision of the tram tour. If it's an alternate version of the tram tour, has it replaced the regular tram tour or can you do one or the other or both? Also how early do the ticket booths open? I couldn't find this info online. Also how early do people get there? I know at Disney 30 minutes before park opening is usually ok.

It's a new addition to the tram tour like Kong. Can't help you with any of your other questions.

Yep, it's part of the tram tour just like Kong and Earthquake. It replaced the "Ice Tunnel" at the end of the tour.

The box offices typically opens one hour before park opens. Like Disney the gates open about 30 minutes before and the rope drops at opening.
