Bashful - Any luck with Milesource yet?

I heard today from GC.CA that they received another big order from Milesource. Neither DH or my orders were included yet again. GC.CA wonders if Milesource is accidentally submitting our orders to GC.COM instead of GC.CA. I've emailed milesource today and asked them this question. It's just strange that DH got email from milesource earlier this week saying they resubmitted the order. Just wondering how you're doing with your gc's?

Hi CJK yes I received my gc's finally. It was a long haul but in the end I contacted (by phone) the director of operations for Milesource and made him check into it while I was on the phone. Email Emilia and ask her to give you his contact information (that is where I got it from). Ask for his email (as his phone number is long distance). Email him all that has gone on and ask him to personally check into it for you. Let him know how frustrated you are and how you have been bouced back and forth between both conpanies. We received our gc's within 5 days of talking to him.

Congratulations!! You must have been so happy to get your gc's finally! I have tried to email the Director of Operations but he's not responding. I think we may need to call. Thanks again for your help and enjoy your GC's!

I think so. He emailed me over a month ago saying that he resubmitted my order. It came from an email address with his name in it. Maybe I should verify with Emilia that it's the same email address she uses when talking to him.

That sounds like the right one. What I would do is get Emilia to email you a letter stating that Giftcertificates.ca has never received your order. That she has checked the system and up to and including this date Milesource has never submitted an order. Then I would forward that email to Robert with a letter of your own explaining that you are frustrated with the whole mess and are at a point where you are going to take action if it does not get resolved. See if that gets an answer. If it doesn't get his phone number and call.
