Is it bad that I want to paint my room purple?

My room(s) have never been purple before...

old room: yellow
old room: pink
new room: yellow/green
new room: blue&green

I want purple.
But that's out of the question... my mom just redid my room like not last summer, but the summer before. So 1 1/2 years ago.

my cell phone case is zebra purple.
my laptop cover is blue and purple.

my pin lanyard is purple.
my old dry erase board is purple.
my ruler is pink and purple.
my binder is purple.
my pencil is purple.

and that's just the stuff that is visible from my spot in my room.
everything else is blue, pink, green, or white.

I don't wear nail polish on my fingers, because I just don't like it xD But I wear it on my toes
